What makes it different from other Brickell condos?

The deeded office. When you buy a residence here, you receive two deeded properties in one purchase: the furnished home and a private, furnished, glass-encased office on its own deed. You can use it, lease it on a six-month minimum, or sell it independently.

The advantage of buying now rather than later is simple: you lock today's price and pay for the unit over three years instead of all at once. You pay for it early or you pay for it late, but you pay for it either way, so getting in early at the best price is usually the smarter move.

Is it a good fit for investors?

It can be. The residences offer a flexible rental program with daily, weekly, or monthly stays, subject to applicable law, and the deeded office carries a six-month minimum rental. That gives an owner two income streams from one purchase and real flexibility on how to use the asset.
